Arthur Buckingham is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Texas with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Prior to opening 4B Land Surveying he worked for Hughes Surveying in Milam County as a project manager and RPLS under the supervision of Randy Hughes, RPLS. Arthur received a master’s and bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University.
